Self-Care Challenge: Day 2

This one is FRIGHTENINGLY simple yet… Remember those bags I referenced yesterday? 😆 Not only is better quality and quantity of sleep a factor but getting the right nutrients and drinking more water are game changers as well. It’s even more so for me being a gastric sleeve patient. I’m pretty good about taking my meds as I kinda like being happy lol. So I’m going to apply that same gusto to this. Here’s to vitamins and a glass of water in the AM.
